Type JP series outdoor comprehensive distribution box is a outdoor distribution device integrated metering,outlet and reactive power compensation and has the function of short circuit,overload,over voltage and leakage protection.It has such features as small size,good-looking and mounting on the outdoor pole transformer and is a new generation of ideal distribution product in urban and rural upgrade.

Structure Features
The structure is divided into vertical and horizontal type and the case is made of 2mm high quality stainless steel by way of bending process.The case after forming has high strength and the surface is smooth and bright without any seam.The internal installation been sheet adopts hot dip galvanizing process so to assure no corrosion within 20 years.The case has front and real door for the easy maintenance and high elastic aging-resistance sealong strip is arranged.Each section of door has warded and apparent lock and the later has rain-proof cover.The metering compartment has sealing device and cable tube preventing rain and foreign matter are provided on both sides and the bottom has ventilation and cable inlet and outlet homes.The top has ventilation channel and mesh with the function of water-proof,rush-proof and dust-proof and foreign matter-proof and protection grade is IP54.



Service Condition
1.Ambient temperature:  -40°C~~+80°C,and the temperature is no more than +35°C within 24 hours.
2.The relative humidity at 40°C with clean air is no more than 80%,and the high relative humidity is 
    allowed at lower temperature.
3.Altitude ≤ 2000m.
4.Max.wind velocity:35m/S(10m high from the ground,average Max.wind velocity for 10min).
5.Earthquake intensity:Grade 7,horizontal acceleration:0.2g;vertical acceleration:0.1g.

Main Technical Data

4.Electric strengeh:Apply 50Hz/2000V voltage for 1 min without flash arc and break down.
5.Acid and alkali resistance:Dip 1 ml acid and alkali solution with concentration of 3% on the box suface

6.Static pressure resistance property:Put weight object of 100kg ib any position for 3minutes without 
   arack and damage.
7.Static force resistance extrusion:Put 100kg weight force on the meter box for 1 min without crack,peel 
   off and damage.
8.Sand bag shock resistance:Drop 7kg sad bag down from 1 m for 5 times and the connection position of 
   power meter has no crack and damage.
9.Climate influence:In case of sunshine at 20°C~~50°C at outside and 75°C at inside and high temperatur
    at 50°C~~65°C for 4 hours,and low temperature at 30 +- 3°C for 4 hours without deformatyion and 
    crack.
10.Shock resistance:The product is subject free drip test from 2 m height at the condition of tightening 
      the screw and the case keeps well.

13.Flammable resistance:At FV-0 grade,the flammable resistance temperature is not less than 650°C.
